Hello all, and welcome to the daily blog of Me and what is on my mind.
I've been thinking about Social Media lately and how on the web sites that I am people are friends and reaching out and talking with me as were really friends, but in my mind I wonder if walking down the
street and I saw the same person and I said hello would they respond back with a kind word or would they turn there heads up,
For the most part I know that most people are kind and would say hello, especially with me because I make eye contact. (such a bad habit sometimes). However their maybe a few that look at me and give a look of ewww, lol that would be called Prejudging.
I used to write for the Examiner based in Atlanta and I talked about the first time when a person sees a person how do they judge them on first sight.
Most of the time we can miss the mark on prejudging a person and miss a diamond in the ruff, even the diamonds start as black dusty coal.
Oh well enough of the personal thoughts now it's time to talk about Prodigal, Prodigal
I will be putting up a video of one of our key role players today. His name is Jay-Jay Botha a very nice confident man that will blow you away with his talents, Being hearing impaired will not slow him down a bit.

Good Saturday folks, I hope everyone will have a blast this weekend, and I must say this truly with all my heart.
Yall, SUCK, no I'm just kidding, I hope you all enjoy your weekends and enjoy the chance to be around your families. I am working this weekend, tonight and tomorrow night so I get to encounter all the crazy folks that lock their keys in theirs car or have flat tires on the side of the roads, or someone that will be rushing to get in the club, leave their keys in the car with the lights on, and get frustrated at me. "Really, me" lol
but it's all fine, They keep the money rolling in.
What an exciting time to be creative. It seems as if their is a creative vibe in the atmosphere and I jumped on board at the right time, I wonder if anybody else out there is feeling the same.
I know that Cancers are creative types, but man my script is really taking off to new ways.
Every character that I wrote grew right before me with amazing back story,
One of my favorite persons in my writing is a Shooter called Terrance.
The man is crazzzzyy, he loves what he does: he shoots people, who does that?
He's not like the phycso type killing, he doesn't randomly go shoot people, but his gun is held in check by those that employs him. Terrance has some of the best one liners in the whole series and he started as a man that was just a face on the screen but look out for him.
(shhhhh) when his guns get blazing somebody dying, that's a secret and look out for him.
For the new readers, Prodigal is my modern version of the Prodigal Son, I'm pretty sure their has been some told that's similar but I can almost be sure NO VERSION is like mine. and I will not give that secret away.
But it does follow the principal that the son was lost in a world that he wasn't used to and he finds forgiveness when he didn't deserve it.
I hope you guys get excited like I am waiting for the first episode, I can't wait, I can't wait.
So this is my first blog for the day, who knows I may even write another one, I love this format, talking directly with those that will be a part of my growth.

its friday, its friday
Hello All, what a day it is already starting out to be. Delivered my script to my director for the exciting teaser that is coming next week.
Since were just talking you and I I can share my feelings, remember it's just you and I ,
Sometimes I get worried, if you ever meet me you will see that I am upbeat and driven, but I get
SCARED, what if I fail, hell, what if I SUCCEED, now that would be crazy if I succeeded and the expectations are put in place to do it again, Oh nooo, worries, but I think that it will be ok, because I know how to surround myself with talented people that know exactly what there doing, I still get scared in myself though.
I"ve been watching all whats going on in the news and its rough out there for young people, hecks it's rough for everyone.
I got pulled over last night(yes I was speeding) and I wasn't worried about the police man that was cool, but I was worried that a second and then a third Cop would pull over and who knows what will happen if that would happened.
Ok enough of that hard stuff.
Whats going on in the world of Prodigal?
Whoohooo, Monday were going to look at the venue for the photo shoot, that will be fun but a lot of work. the cool thing about being the producer is that I Really don't have to be there. Yeaaa, lol,
I"m wearing a lot of hats,
I got a chance to skype with my music Director Mr. Dale Sumner from the United Kingdom, cheers,
love that guy and his attitude, I plan on working with him a lot.
Haven't talked with my director yet today, because her and I joke about which one talks the most, but she gets the vision and that's cool with me.
My big new friend Juan Diaz has came on board and what a blessing he is, cars, women, anything he can get it.
Wait, that didn't sound right. Lets just say he will be a big help for us.
Well that's enough for now, thanks for reading folks that are reading and I plan on blogging more as soon as i figure out how to link my phone.

Hello, well for some reason I am happy, could it be that everyday were making strives to bring you closer to witnessing Prodigal.
could be.
I had a chance to talk to two of my actors today Mr. Kenneth Nance and Laine, these two are going to kill their roles, and I want you all to remember both of their names, remember you heard it from me first.
Just wanted to write today that I almost had a moment of doubt, was this getting too big for me?
But you know what I'm glad it is staying bigger than what I first thought it should be.
I started with a 1995 Chevrolet cavalier and a Sony Handy cam driving on I20 at 9pm and doing an short of my drive through the hood. But thing have really grown now, were looking at a cast of 12, with a crew of 10, wow all I have to say is GOD, it wasn't anything I did but it was the drive that He put in me to make this happen.
I am really thankful for all the help from my team.
Okay, whats coming next, photo shoot, whoohoo, I was going crazy because people were saying 100 an hour to rent a studio, whatttt?, is it like that? lol but I always know that there are rams in the bush, and I'm excited that one of our cast members actually has the space for us to use with no cost(hopefully)
But were going to make this thing happen folks, it's going to be everything I've been talking about for the last year,
the teaser is coming next week. ISREAL

I am ready to begin this journey and I look forward to those first few that will start following my blogs as I do have a lot of things that I like to say and more times than I can remember it's hard to find people to listen when your circle is small.
Getting to know me will be easy for many people on here as my writing tells exactly where my mind and feeling is at,
I love writing with almost compulsive behavior and the only thing that keeps me from writing 24 hrs a day is that I have to go to a real job that pays that stack of bills on my computer desk.
I actually thought the wife left those bills there to remind me that there here.
i strive to be a better man everyday. I actually had a friend call me today and I told him how I learned something new about myself today and why I am always seeking approval, his remark , which is normally rude, was "your almost 50, you should have knew that already" he is such an AW,(need to know)
but my reply was simple, your never too old to learn something, nobody knows everything even about themselves.
Well, about my upcoming web series ProdigAl, its the story that probably has been told a million times, which is okay with me, because a lot of people are Prodigals, living the life that they never thought they would find themselves where there at.
I remember growing up in hot Orlando, Florida , thinking I was going to be a Computer programmer, but the I spent the last 11 years on a Road crew paving freeways.
But prodigal is a choice movie. Choices that can lead to hurt others around you or choices that can help
change those around you for the better.
Robert Parraway is the main character that makes a choice to walk away from all he knew to become someone he wasn't supposed to be. A drug addict.
Being raised with so much in front of him from his wealthy parents, he or them never dreamed that his life would spiral totally out of control, to almost losing it on the hard streets of the ghetto.

Guess I should tell you exactly who Rody Pollock is.
I just met him a few years ago myself.
He is a very happy go lucky person that loves life and loves God and his people.
Rody sees the best in everyone because like Rody he has a past that made him the man he is.
We all have experiences in life, either there bad or good, what matters is how you handle your past,
It took me a long time to learn from my past that everything I did was a choice after a certain age.
I've heard the term learned behavior, but after a certain point in life, you should have learned how to be better.
Ok enough of that deep stuff, gotta shake that off.
PRODIGAL,PRODIGAL, one more, PRODIGAL, I really don't know what that is all about, lol,
but I'm producing my web series Prodigal, it will be awesome, it will be REAL, and later on I will be talking more about it,
I grew up loving books, and not the normal books, I had to read Mark twain, Beowoulf, I love Greek mythology, the great William Shakespeare, "the raven" was crazy,
And I love reading the history books of the bible, because I visualize what I read, I could see King David in his battles, and even Elijah and Elisha the prophets on their journey's.
As i start this blogging process, I hope that people will welcome into their daily reading, I love to talk to everyone, so if ya like talking we will be fast friends.
